Return Policy

Our customers have the right to return the product within 30 natural days. This term will expire on the 30 natural days of the day the product has been received by the customer.

  • Email to customer service: support@miravoss.com including:  
    *order number, the question you want to solve together with picture of product if necessary
  • Get coupon or refund
    *Tracking number is required to complete the return. It will facilitate for us to track your return status and process your return. 
  • Take your refund/exchange when the package is received.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the Original Package and same condition that it was in when you received it.

Kindly make sure that your item is unused and in the exact same condition you received it, with tags intact. We do reserve the right not to refund or exchange if the product shipped back to us is not in acceptable condition. And please kindly make sure to submit your proof of purchase or receipt to complete your return.

Non-returnable/non-refundable items include items purchased through retailers, incorrect items purchased, items in good condition, items delivered incorrectly, or items damaged through customer mishandling.

It must also be in the original packaging.


  1. In the unfortunate event that the product is defective. (Its clearly broken and unusable)
  2. Product received is totally different from the order. (Requested Product A Received Product B)
  3. The size sent is not the same as the requested one. (Customer requests size S and the product received is labeled with size M)

Customer has the right to receive a new product depending of the product availability. In case the product is not available, the customer will be refunded with a Store Credit or for the total amount.


We may choose to offer a DISCOUNT CODE of 50% of the value of the product in exchange.


     1. No refund requests will be accepted after 30 natural days for any reason.

     2. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

     3. We'll refund only to the same payment method from where customer originally pay.

  1. Refund or Changes will be executed once we receive the tracking number from the customer as a guarantee.
  2. All returned products must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, with original tags and the panty protective strip intact. Items returned with obvious use, makeup, deodorant, perfume, or similar product stains will be subject to refusal.
  3. Any lost or damaged in transit are the responsibility of the customer, so be sure to keep a record of your tracking number as a reference. Please note that we do not accept packages returned using C.O.D. service.
  4. Once we have received the returned package, we will send email notification and arrange an exchange or a refund within 7 business days. A refund only for the merchandise but not duties, taxes or tariffs.
